Jon Gruden always seemed destined for great things as he rose through the high school and college coaching ranks. Quickly moving into the pro game, Gruden’s first head coaching job was with the Oakland Raiders in 1998. Gruden led the Raiders to a 40-28 record before he was traded to Tampa Bay in 2002. ‘Chucky’ had immediate success with the Bucs, coaching the team to a win over (ironically) the Raiders in Super Bowl XXXVII.
Gruden is a legend in Tampa Bay. He has a 117-112 all-time coaching record in the NFL and was a successful broadcaster when he left the league between 2008 and 2018.
