Taylor Swift is not the only Taylor who will be making a mark on the world in 2024. Taylor Tomlinson was announced in November as the person hosting CBS’s new late-night show, After Midnight. In taking over the spot held by James Cordon, Tomlinson became the youngest person by over two decades – she is 29 – and the only woman to be hosting a late-night network television show, when After Midnight debuted in January 2024.
This rise to stardom means that Tomlinson’s live shows will be limited going forward. She has a series of four shows over one March weekend at the Improv Comedy Club in Brea, CA. Coming up, along with a March 23 date in Tampa. In addition, Tomlinson will be one of a host of comedians taking the stage at the Netflix Is A Joke Festival in Los Angeles. Her show night is Thursday, May 9.
After Midnight is based on Comedy Central’s @midnight With Chris Hardwick, which premiered in 2013 and was canceled four years later. Stephen Colbert is an executive producer, with the whole show’s goal to be as wild and weird as the internet is daily. It is a lofty goal, but it is one Tomlinson has the comedy chops to pull off. Catch her now, before her fame explodes.
