The co-headlining tour of Death Cab for Cutie and The Postal Service has been so well received that it is being extended into 2024. It is a 20th-anniversary tour, with Death Cab playing 2003’s Transatlanticism and The Postal Service running through their only studio album, Give Up.
Benjamin Gibbard is – of course- the thread between the two bands. The lead guitarist and vocalist for Death Cab was part of the supergroup that was The Postal Service, so he gets to paly double duty on these shows. This new run begins with a date at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Atlanta on April 23 and runs through a May 15 date at the Moda Center in Portland, OR.
Venues hit on this leg will include Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, the MVP Arena in Albany, NY, and the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City.
