Kurt Vile is set to release a new EP later this November, and he has announced a 2024 tour to go along with it. ‘Back To Moon Beach‘ has already seen the release of Another Good Year for the Roses, with a video featuring actors Michael Shannon, Kevin Corrigan, and David Wilke. The tour will be supported by acts including King Kong and Weak Signal, with the indie rock and Lo-Fi sound of Vile only set to tour for the last two weeks of March.
The tour begins on March 18 at Newport Music Hall in Columbus, OH. It runs through venues like Minglewood Hall in Memphis, The Lyric in Oxford (MS), and Iron City in Birmingham (AL) before a final date on March 29 at the 40 Watt Club in Athens, GA. This is a blink-and-you-miss-it tour, with almost all dates in the south and southeast, so if you want to see Vile and his Violators play, then this is the area of the country to focus on in March,

“The first 6 tracks — which are the ones that fit on a single LP — are new to the world, with one foot in the not-too-distant past and the other with one tiny toe pointing toward the future. Together my feet are like a couple spanning time together.”
