How Expensive Are SEC Championship Game Tickets??

The SEC Championship Game in 2023 has an interesting subplot that the league has barely seen in the last two decades. The SEC has won 13 of the last 17 National Championships and the last four in a row. It feels like there has always been a team from the Southeastern Conference in the final college football game of the season, but what if that were not the case in the final year of the four-team College Football Playoff format before the system shifts to a 12-team playoff from next year onwards?

There is undoubtedly a way this could happen. If the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs beat Alabama, then everything stays simple. The Bulldogs will enter the CFP as the team to beat. If the Bulldogs are upset by the No. 8 Alabama Crimson Tide, it becomes much more fluid. ‘Bama has a loss to Texas, but would be the SEC champ with an identical 12-1 record with Georgia. Should all the other major conference undefeated teams hold serve, then the SEC might just be shut out behind an Ohio State or Texas.
