Jason Mraz is going on tour this summer with a limited-date affair throughout July and August. Mraz actually has a couple of dates before the official start of the tour, such as a gig on Saturday, March 18, at the Del Mar Fairgrounds and a Las Vegas date on Saturday, April 29.
The tour itself begins on Thursday, July 13, with a gig at McMenamins Historic Edgefield Amphitheater in Troutdale, OR. Mraz then slides down the West Coast – gigs at the Santa Barbara Bowl and FivePoint Amphitheater in Irvine, for example, before moving across the nation and hitting places like the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas and Ravinia Pavilion in Highland Park, IL. The final show (to date is at Forest Hills Stadium in Forest Hills, NY, on Thursday, August 17.

The tour will support Marz’s eighth studio album, scheduled to drop on June 23. The Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride might have a name that verges on overkill, but Mraz promises it will be his greatest work to date. Given that Mraz already has a Grammy in his back pocket for his 2010 collab with Colbie Caillat on “Lucky,” that is some claim.
The “I’m Yours” singer will likely perform a combination of his greatest hits to date and cuts from his new album. Given that “I’m Lucky” is now almost a decade and a half old, there are plenty of tracks to fall back on for Mraz that will keep fans all over the country this summer.
