Los Angeles Dodgers Tickets Go Through The Roof After Shohei Ohtani Signing

If you want to see the Los Angeles Dodgers 2024 home opener against the St. Louis Cardinals on March 28, then I hope you got your tickets nice and early. Prices have surged on the back of the Dodgers’ monster $700 signing of Shohei Ohtani, jumping 152% on the secondary market since last week per Logitix. This means the average ticket shot up from close to $400 all the way to the best part of $1,000.

We at Immortal Seats are not immune to the ticket explosion. The cheapest tickets we have on the site (as of writing) are a pair in the Top Deck 2 section for just under $600. Our next best price is just over $700 for tickets that are Standing Room only and in the Pavilion. We also have a stunningly low supply of tickets for the game, with the baseball markets in both the US and Japan being white hot for the debut of Ohtani in the blue of one of baseball’s most iconic franchises.

Tickets are up across the board for Dodgers games. If you find anything for under $100, jump on it. The average price of tickets is close to $300 as of writing, with those prices not yet maxed out if Ohtani gets off to a hot start with his new club.
