Snoop Dogg loves a tour and will be on the road again this July with the ‘High School Reunion Tour.’ This tour is a little different, as Shoop will be joined by Wiz Khalifa and a pair of West Coast legends in Too $hort and Warren G.
The tour begins – as it should – on the West Coast, albeit in Canada as opposed to SoCal. Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC, is the first venue treated to what should be an absolute party, with that show taking place on Friday, July 7. The tour travels from the Pacific Northwest across the country, playing shows in Northeast locations like the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, CT, in late July and early August. After stops in the South, the tour logically concludes in California, with the final show to date being on Sunday, August 7, at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine,

This tour is a big one. The hip-hop stars will cover 33 cities in July and August, a tour schedule that would challenge even younger performers. At 51, Snoop has managed to keep himself relevant with his music and business ventures, and he and Wiz have been firm friends ever since their 2011 smash “Young, Wild, and Free.” There are still rumors of a second stoner comedy from the pair, which their fans would be all about.
Wiz had already announced a seven-date headlining tour of his own, one that many questioned the length of. Given the announcement of this tour, it makes far more sense in hindsight, and even his biggest fans would be hard-pressed to argue a Wiz solo tour – albeit with friends – would trump this tour with the icon that is Snoop.
