If you are a fan of Danish rockers Volbeat – and also their supporting act (on most dates) Halestorm – then I really hope you live in the Northern part of North America. While we sometimes see bands touching one coast or sticking to a region like the Northeast, I don’t remember the last time I saw a touring schedule that was as north-heavy as this one that stretched all the way across the country. To put it another way, the furthest south that this tour goes is either Sioux City IA on July 29 or Gary, IN on July 30. Outside of that, you better live somewhere that is perpetually cold.
Much of this tour is focused on Canada, and it will be Volbeat’s first time touring the country in a while. They kick off the tour on Wednesday, July 12 at Echo Beach at Budweiser Stage in Toronto, ON, before dates in places like London, ON, Saskatoon, SK, and Quebec City, QC. The tour comes to an end with three consecutive dates south of the border, at the Mohegan Sun Arean in Uncasville, CT, Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, and Hollywood Casino in Grantville, PA, all in early August.

“We are so excited to finally see our friends in Canada again and also get to play shows for some of our friends in the U.S. that we haven’t had a chance to see since Servant of the Mind was released. The incomparable Halestorm will be joining us for most of the shows, too. We hope to see you at the party!”Volbeat
Those that miss Halestom will be pleased to hear that their replacement act on the show is Bad Wolves. This is going to be a powerhouse concert that every fan of rock, metal – especially ‘Elvis Metal,’ – and of live music in general should check out this summer.
